The 123NET Softphone is a mobile phone application designed specifically for 123NET customers who want to seamlessly integrate their Hosted IP PBX service with their mobile devices. This application enables users to utilize their desk phone from any location.

In order to use the 123NET Softphone, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Have an active account with 123NET.
2. Be subscribed to the Hosted IP PBX services provided by 123NET.
3. Purchase Softphone Seats along with your 123NET Hosted IP PBX Services.

After downloading the application, we recommend reaching out to your Systems Administrator or contacting the 123NET Network Operations Center at 888-440-0123 for assistance in creating an account and logging in.
